What does MekongSI do?
MekongSI is a data, AI and digital systems integrator. We advise on strategy, transformation, research and AI governance; implement analytics, AI, software and data platforms; and operate them through managed teams, AI operations and training.
Is MekongSI the same company as Dataticon?
Yes. MekongSI is the new name of Dataticon. The team, clients and commitments are the same; the name reflects our focus on systems integration for the Mekong region and beyond.
Who do you work with?
International NGOs and development programmes, government ministries and agencies, financial institutions and private enterprises.
Are you tied to a particular technology vendor?
No. Our advice is vendor-neutral. We work with open-source and commercial tools, including our own ecosystem where it is the best fit.
How do you keep up with how fast AI is changing?
We design model-agnostic systems, evaluate them continuously and operate them after launch, so they can adopt better models without being rebuilt. Our own delivery is AI-assisted, and we train teams through DataU.
Do you also do digital transformation, research and software?
Yes. Alongside data and AI we offer digital and AI transformation, market and policy research, and technology solutions, from custom software and portals to integration and legacy modernisation.
